Bud is good, not the best but better than Livwell. Would be a 5 star but when you order online and then you get a confirmation email stating your order is ready. Show up and they don’t have what you ordered in stock. I understand that sometimes product runs out, but I should not be told that it’s ready and I show up looking forward to having one of my favorite strains of all time, just to be told they don’t have it. I would have been ok if the truth was told in the email and text I received. Staff was friendly but I was disappointed that I drove 20 minutes away for something I didn’t want. It is what it is, but I believe that transparency as well if an order is placed it should be bagged up and ready to go when a customer shows up instead of waiting for the bud tender to weigh it out and have to tell you we don’t have what we said we did. I know it’s pointless to order online because you’re going to have to wait regardless. Online ordering is the only thing I will say that Livwell does better

Posting as a 2 out of 5 in hopes that this will be rectified. UPDATE: Was NEVER contacted by anyone from the company, regional or general. They've officially lost my business. I went into the Garden City location today and bought a half ounce of Super Boof and a half ounce of Military Chocolate flowers. Both were on the Bomb shelf, and they were reputed to have THC levels of 26% and 27% (the budtender stated it multiple times), respectively. I finished my transaction and went home to finish my day. A few hours later, I go to open the bags for the first time and I notice the attached labels stating both strains were less than 22%! I called the location, without opening the bags, and explained what was going on and asked what was right. I spoke to a woman who put me on hold to check the %s, she confirmed that what I was told was correct, and that she wasn't sure what happened. I felt comfortable enough, so I just asked that it be communicated to a manager. However, an hour or so ago, I finally smoked some of the Super Boof in one 1 1/4 Raw cone. The bed tenders are very knowledgeable and helpful, the prices are very decent. And I recently went in after not having done so for several years, the remodel looks absolutely amazing and the setup is way better.

I went in one time and I'm absolutely not coming back. Around Christmas I bought an exquisite extracts dab kit, came with 4 2g's of resin and a terp pen for around $90. The pen quite working within 2 days, I took it apart and completely cleaned out the clogged wax, which was a lot somehow, let it dry and put it back together. It worked for 1 hit and now doesn't work at all. I called to ask if I can return it or exchange it for something else, the rude lady on the phone told me they only sometimes take returns if it's within 48 hours, and since it's been "so long" there's nothing they will do about it. I understand and would be fine if it was a cheap $10 battery, but terp pens alone are around $60 from what I've seen so now I have to take the big loss because they don't wanna do anything about it. I've heard such horrible things about the owners of high planes and nature's, how they're a bit racist and only care about their family, they make sure the employees know they're very easily replaceable. So I should have expected this and think the deal was too good to be true. Very much horrible customer service and no kind of empathy or care about their customers. -20/10, never have had
